Shipping

All orders are shipped with UPS, shipping cost is based on your address and weight of your order and is calculated at checkout.

Orders over $200.00 qualify for free shipping USA ONLY

If an order is returned to us because no one was present at the time of delivery or an undeliverable address , you will be responsible for re-shipping charges.

All orders originate from NY.

All orders placed after 12 PM will be shipped on the next business day. (Example: Orders placed at 1 PM on a Friday, will not ship out until Monday.) We are closed weekends.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number. Most orders should arrive within 5 to 7 business days from your ship date.

Returns & Replacements

If any of our products fail to meet your expectation, please contact us. We will will review your dissatisfaction and either advise an alternate product, offer a compensation of equal or lesser value or refund the purchase. However, returns will be issued within 30 days from when your order was delivered. If product is returned after 30 days, a refund will be issued only if product is unused and in its original packaging.

Please note that, when purchasing two or more identical items only one opened item can be fully refunded (within the 30 days return policy).

There is no refund on shipping for returned items.

Please allow us 7 - 14 business days to process returns and refunds, we reserve the right to deduct the Shipping amount or discounted prices paid in the original order.

When returning our items, we ask all of our customers to make sure that it is being shipped in its original packaging (in a box), sent with a reliable shipper and signature upon arrival has been requested.

Merchandise returns for damages, refund or exchange must be made within 15 days of date of delivery. All sales after the 15 day period are FINAL. Unless merchandise is received defective, a 25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned open products.

We ask that you contact us by email before returning the merchandise. Please include order number so that we may issue you a Return Authorization to ensure that your account is properly refund or your exchange request is issued. 

Shipping cost for any returns and exchange will not be reimbursed. If there was a shipping error or product damage we will provide a return shipping label. We will not exchange items that have been opened or used.

There is no return policy on international orders.

After you have received the Return Authorization, please repack the return item(s) in the original packaging and enclose a copy of your Invoice. It is suggested that you request a delivery confirmation receipt whenever you return an item.
